These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

TravelNerds.us sells Fully Customizable Travel Itineraries provided as digital downloads. All products are delivered electronically via download link or email immediately after purchase.

Product descriptions, features, and availability may be updated or modified at any time without notice.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change at any time prior to checkout.

All purchases are one-time charges. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or automatic rebills.

4. Billing Descriptor

Charges may appear on your bank or card statement under a descriptor associated with TravelNerds.us or AuraPix Holdings LLC.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or digital products. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unlawful conduct, fraud, attempting unauthorized access to systems, or copying, redistributing, reselling, or exploiting our digital products without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and digital travel itineraries are the intellectual property of AuraPix Holdings LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible digital products. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraPix Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or digital products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraPix Holdings LLC from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated or fraudulent activity has occurred.
