30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All digital travel itineraries are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase. No explanation is required. Only one refund is permitted per transaction. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@travelnerds.us and include your full name and the email address used during checkout. Eligible requests are reviewed and processed within 48 hours.

Access or Download Issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your itinerary, we will resend the download link or provide an alternative delivery method. If the issue remains unresolved, you may request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period.

Cancellations

All digital products are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled once delivery has occurred. Customers may rely on the 30-day money-back guarantee instead.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Post-Refund Access

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded digital product is revoked and any associated usage rights are terminated.
